Welcome to my world! This is the place where I can share with you some of my
favorite things, and maybe, just maybe you’ll discover some new favorites of
your own! So grab that cup o’ joe and have fun!
I think all of us would agree that food is one of those pleasures in life
that we just couldn’t live without…literally! And I love food!! Whether it’s
chocolate, hot dogs, or taters that are mashed, chipped, or baked—it doesn’t
matter…I love it all! And Southerners know how to do it best. So about once
a month, I’ll feature one of my favorite recipes from some of my southern
friends. And I may throw in one or two I’ve conjured up myself.! (They’ll be
the easy ones) |

Here is a delicious recipe to enjoy this spring...
1 quart hulled, sliced strawberries. sweetened in sugar
1 large container cool whip
1 8oz. container sour cream
2 boxes French vanilla pudding.
vanilla wafers.
mix pudding according to directions on box. after it sets up, fold in
container of sour cream, and half the cool-whip.
layer cookies in bottom of bowl. put half of the pudding mixture, a
layer of berries. continue until all is used up, alternating
layers...spread remainder of the cool whip on top of the pudding.

There is nothing like a good book to get lost in. And get lost I do when I
find a good one. I love fiction, but self-help books have been a huge, well,
help to me! In Margy’s Book Club, we will read books together. I will post
my thoughts each week on at least one of the books, and I want you to do
that as well. I hope you will join me on this adventure that only our mind’s
eye can see!
