Margy is the Music Director at WCKB in Dunn, NC. "Being a DJ was a dream come true for me!" Margy shares. "One day I walked in and said, 'I want to be on the air.' They set me up to do a voice test, and about a week later I got the call that I got the job." Many years later, Margy would go on to fulfill two other dreams of hers, singing professionally and going back to school.

"God is the great Dream-Giver." Margie says. "He places things within us, but a lot of times we let fear stop us from living them. I was once like that, but I soon found out that I did not want to let fear stop me! It became a reality to me that God was indeed God. If He had said I could do it, then I knew that I could! Just a matter of taking Him at is word."

"Everyday is a gift," Margy adds, "That is why it is called the present!" Don't be afraid to live it!

Worst trouble you got into as a child: Lying to my mom.

Hidden talent: I can sing like Vestal Goodman!

Goofiest thing you believed as a child: I believed that all the songs I heard on the radio were actually sung live in the studio of the radio station.

Thing you can't do to save your life: Not cry when I am singing in our choir at church!

Best advice you have ever been given: Spread your wings and fly.

What TV show would you love to appear on? I would love to be on the Weather Channel with Jim Cantore covering a hurricane!
